About this house rental
We offer a cottage in a villa completely renovated (end of work April 2017) and fully equipped (washing machine and dishwasher, barbecue). You will have 130 m² of the 1st floor of the villa in the heart of a plot of 5000m ², which you have the enjoyment.
It is surrounded by lawn and an orchard, you will find trampoline, swing, slide and soccer cage.
The view on the valley of the Lot, from the veranda in particular, is magnificent.
A careful decoration allows to appreciate at best the nice volumes of rooms: rooms of more than 15 m ², room of life of 40m ², separated kitchen ample. It is possible to eat outside and in the shade!
It is, of course, possible to go for walks and hikes from the gite taking advantage of countryside and forest landscapes.
The proximity to major tourist sites such as Rocamadour, Saint Cirq Lapopie, Foissac and Pech Merle caves, the Padirac chasm and other castles, vineyards and beautiful cities (Rodez, Cahors, Figeac), will make lodging an excellent camp. base for your visits. The shops and other facilities are located at 8 Km, Figeac and its base of leisure with swimming pool to 16Km.

We propose you the rental of linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) and the cleaning of end of stay. The kit baby home is free and available on request (booster chair, pot, folding bed, bath and bath ring).

si vous aimez le calme, la tranquillité et le verdure cet endroit est pour vous !
Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans la maison de Séverine, même si nous ne l'avons pas vu ;-) . L'accueil a été fait par la mamie de l'ôte qui a été d'une gentillesse ( encore merci pour les salades et les fraises ) et d'une discrétion ... au top quoi
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous revenons dans la région

Wir haben von dort aus schöne einsame Rennradtouren gemacht und sind von der ruhigen Lage begeistert. Wer morgens frisches Baguette will, muss erst den Berg herunter.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem herrlichen Obstgarten . Bei uns waren gerade die Pflaumen reif. Köstlich.
