About this house rental
this pretty house of 90 m2 with reversible air conditioning in each room, is located in a quiet alley with private parking and electric gate for 2 houses.
With its sea view from inside and outside you are only 150 m from the sandy beach "La Garonnette"
Beautiful benefits and Italian stones on the floor and up to the ceiling in the bathrooms.
The first sandy beach is a 3-minute walk away, as well as the first restaurant / bar, and all the nautical attractions.
A little further away is the Nartelle beach by going to Sainte Maxime and 1200 m is the port of Issambres where you can leave for the day to make beautiful excursions on the Islands of Porquerolles where Saint Marguerite where to take the shuttle to get to Saint Tropez in 20 minutes.
Shops, Pharmacy, bakeries, SPAR store also on foot.
Morning and night markets
5 km from the center of Sainte Maxime, 15 from Fréjus and 20 from Saint Tropez.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen / living room, a bedroom with two bunk beds (90 * 190) overlooking the terrace, and a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a sink. A second bathroom is located near the entrance with also a shower, a toilet and a sink.
Each bathroom has a heated towel rail and a hanging toilet.
Upstairs: three bedrooms (double bed 140 * 190), two with solarium, television and sea view, a bathroom with wc, sink and walk-in shower.
The sea view terrace is semi covered, fully tiled up to the swimming pool built in 2016 with a dimension of 7 × 4 heated in half season (by salt chlorinator). An electric curtain is provided for your safety and that of your children.
All the comfort is there: sunbathing, deckchairs, barbecue, plancha, outdoor shower, washing machine, dishwasher ... For lovers of the sea, ideal location, very quiet, separation of neighbors by claustras.

Wir haben die 2 Wochen in dem Haus genossen. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Der Pool war ideal um sich eine kleine Erfrischung zu holen, wobei das Wasser im Juli schon sehr warm war (das Meer war aber auch nicht viel kühler). Unser Kinder fanden es jedenfalls toll, direkt in den Pool springen zu können.
Der Sonne konnten wir mit der Überdachung und den Sonnenschirmen gut ausweichen, so dass auch die heißen Stunden auf der Terrasse genossen werden konnten.
Unsere Vermieterin war sehr nett und stand uns jederzeit per Mail für Fragen zur Verfügung.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We staid for a week in the summer and had a wonderful time. The house offers everything to enjoy vacation - modern equipment including the kitchen. Good beds and well-working air condition in all rooms on top. The swimming pool is practical in size and adjults/teenagers can stand in each corner. The check-in and checkout was without personal contact and practical. The location is just great: The ocean with a sandy beach is just across the street. Plenty of restaurants around in Les Issambres or Sainte Maxime. And St. Tropez can be reached within half an hour by car our ferry.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, gut ausgestattet mit einem schönen beheizten Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
In der Nähe gibt es auch ein sehr schönes Strandlokal, dort waren wir öfters essen.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und nehmen viele schöne Erinnerungen mit.

Très belle maison, entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin en vacances. Bien que la route principale soit à proximité, c'est un endroit très calme et paisible. Toute la famille a aimé le séjour et nous ne pouvons que le recommander. Merci beaucoup Mme Séverine et Mme Catherine !
