Beautiful villa "La Figuière". 3.5 km from the centre of Sainte Maxime, 17 km from the centre of Saint Tropez, 70 km from the centre of Cannes, on a slope, residential area (villas), 3 km from the sea. Private: property 1'800 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with wildlife garden, swimming pool (9 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Mar. - 31.Oct.). Boules. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, single garage. Shop 3.5 km, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach "La Nartelle" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Tolle Lage mit einer prima Zimmer Aufteilung, tollem Infinitypool und wunderschöner Aussicht in ruhiger Lage! LEIDER war die Küche vernachlässigt. Das Geschirr schmutzig mit Spülmaschinenresten, die Geräte unsauber. Ebenso war bei Anreise der Pool voller grüner Algen. Teile der Terrasseneinrichtung waren defekt und unsauber, Garage nicht für einen PKW zu benutzen! Zerbrochene Fliesen. Viele Kleinigkeiten defekt, die man so einfach beheben könnte! Leider nur 1 Schlüssel für viele Erwachsene!

Tolles Haus, mit allem, was man benötigt; allerdings nicht geeignet mit Baby. Ausblick von der Terrasse über den Pool ist unvergesslich. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil; man sollte diese mit einem niedergelegten Auto meiden. Reisetipps: Cannes, Port Grimaud, St. Tropez.
