The apartment is located on the first floor of a villa in the hinterland of Chiavari and consists of: entrance hall in the large living room with sofa bed for two people, a large fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe four seasons , console and armchair, a double room with built-in wardrobe, a console and two chairs, two bathrooms, one with shower, laundry area, large terrace, a second terrace where you can spread the laundry. Each room is equipped with TV, air conditioning and internet; electricity, water, gas and internet are free. Outside the covered parking and the garden are completely fenced, there is a barbecue, a large table tennis table, a gazebo and a porch.
The shops, pharmacy, church, tennis court, bar, pizzeria and restaurant are only one km from the property.
For families: children up to 3 years of age do not pay; children from the 4th year to 11 years pay half price; from 12 years pay full rate.

The property was tucked away, almost hidden and therefore very quiet and peaceful. There was private parking and the grounds were gorgeous. The apartment was fully stocked with all the essentials and the owner was friendly and very informative. I would strongly recommend staying here if you have a trip planned in the area. It was a great place for adults to go and relax after long days of travel. There is some area for children to play in the yard inside the fence and locked gate, but I would make sure your kids have respect for the quiet property and not expect a playful playground or games inside or outside. Perfect for a family with older children/teens or two adult couples. Simply lovely at every turn!

👍Zeer groot appartement met heerlijke airco. Grote keuken, fijne douche en nog tweede toilet!! Compleet ingericht en luxe! Zeer aan te bevelen!!
