Duplex of 140 m2 in front of the Arênes equipped with large terrace overlooking the Arênes to live quiet and in the countryside in the heart of town with its Roman monuments, Carre d'Art, squares and narrow streets with many facets.
The apartment consists of a living room, a separate living room, 2 bedrooms with wardrobes, 2 bathrooms with toilet, 1 with shower and bath, 1 small independent W. C, a kitchen and a summer kitchen on the terrace, a laundry room and a private garage. Located on the 3rd floor without elevator.
Many festivals and events including the "Thursdays of Nimes" every Thursday in the summer.

My friend and I recently spent two weeks in Nimes at Christelle's lovely apartment. The layout is a little quirky, but we quickly learned our way around and fell in love. The location is excellent. The old part of the city, with dozens of cafes and shops, is a very short walk away. You can see the top of the arena from the terrace. And speaking of the terrace - we lived up there. The weather was a perfect 75 degrees for the duration. There is a sink, small fridge, dishes and a toilet on that level. Making dinner on the terrace a snap. There are three flights of steps to the apartment, four up to the terrace. We are both 65 and managed - even with luggage. The apartment was quiet and cool. Christelle and her dad were very gracious and friendly. I would stay here again and I would highly recommend it for your stay in Nimes.

The accommodation was fine, some of the crockery was dirty so we had to check and clean as we went through the week, the stairs to the apartment were challenging they certainly raised the heart rate. The location was fabulous very close to the city centre and all the historic attractions. All told we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A great central location opposite the Arena which was within easy walking distance the central railway station and everything else in Nimes. Which made it a very enjoyable summer holiday.
