Friendly, helpful staff that were very accommodating and kind! Large rooms, quiet and peaceful stay.
The breakfast was a bit lacking in quality and presentation.

Location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, spacious rooms, close to station, shops and things to see. Magnificent view of the lake from our room.
Whilst generally a great place to stay, the decor and facilities are rather dated for the price paid.

staff was very kind and friendly, view on the lake is marvellous, sometimes a little bit noisy in the evening. very close to shopping and restaurants in old town.
Location was good, matress and room were a little old but ok, view very nice, parking not included in price, rather expensive, 30.-/day, breakfast basic but ok. elevator very small, nothing for people with claustrophobia.
