This new house can accommodate up to 7 people, it is located at the gates of Saint-Malo on a plot of 1200 m2 fenced and very quiet, possibility of parking several vehicles.
Composition of the house:

The living room, the dining room, the fitted kitchen and a bathroom.
Upstairs:
3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a powder room
No need to bring your sheets, the beds will be made upon arrival, they are all equipped with duvets.
OPTION NOT REQUIRED:
- We provide tea towels and hand towels for € 5 per person.
- We can offer cleaning service for an amount of € 50.
Pets are accepted on request
These rates include water, electricity and heating.

The big fenced garden is great to play soccer or badminton and come with dog.
The two toilets are separated from the bathroom (great) but don't have a sink (fine to get used to it).
The kitchen is well equipped. Everything is clean, but some furnitures were pretty rustical/bit broken. Nothing that really matters but prevents from giving 5 stars

Propriété neuve, bien équipée, dans un quartier calme mais à proximité des commerces. Beau séjour agrémenté d'un temps ensoleillé qui nous a permis de découvrir le pays de St Malo
