In a private residence of a few houses, close to the Caps and its small beaches, this detached house with an enclosed garden features a shared swimming pool.
On the ground floor:
- An entrance hall leading to the living/dining room with access to the garden;
- A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room;
- A bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe;
- A bathroom with a shower.
- A separate toilet;
Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe;
- A bedroom with two single beds (80 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe.
- A separate toilet;
- An enclosed garden with a terrace, table and chairs, and a barbecue.
- A shared swimming pool, access subject to the condominium management's internal regulations (open mid-June to September 15th).
- Charges included: bed linen, household linen (towels and tea towels).
- Wi-Fi access (subject to 4G coverage);

End-of-stay cleaning: €84 (subject to agency regulations)
