About this villa rental
This contemporary 115-m² artist and designer villa has a 25-m² south-facing terrace overlooking the lake. Bed linen is provided. Obligatory departure cleaning to be paid at the time of your stay (90 euros). Deposit 500 euros. The lake is 50 m away, perfect to reach the beach walking! There is a pedal boat for 4-5 people at guests' disposal! For 4 people (2 bedrooms) and 2 additional people with a double bed on the mezzanine above the "cube" in the living room. Great amenities with a loft style, a large 45-m² living area with living and dining room, a reading nook, an equipped open-plan modern 9-m² kitchen with very high ceilings, and big and luminous windows opening to nature, the mountains, the sky and the clear water of Verdon Gorge. Large wooden 25-m² south-oriented terrace overlooking the lake with sun-loungers, armchairs, a dining table with chairs, sun umbrellas, and an electric barbecue. The ground floor and the garden are reserved to the two owners that are very discreet (see the reviews).

Very nice spacy house with beautiful interior decoration and terrace. Perfect for a family with kids who should enjoy the lake and the pedal boat. Smooth check-in and -out. The hosts, easy to contact when needed, assure that everything works and is being kept in perfect order. A clear recomandation for people who worship quality and order.

My family and I stayed at this location for a week and we very much enjoyed it! The view was fantastic and we loved all of the activities that were nearby. If you decide to book this location, don’t forget to look at the lake and up at the sky for some beautiful sunsets and stars! Véra and Laurent were great hosts and were very helpful/willing to share valuable information about different places to visit and overall, it was a great experience!

Belle maison très confortable et très propre avec vue splendide sur le lac et les montagnes. La petite plage et la base nautique sont facilement accessibles. La région offre de belles randonnées et des murs d'escalade. Le lieu est idéal pour ceux qui recherchent un cadre magnifique sans être dans une zone surpeuplée. La voiture est cependant indispensable car il n'y a pas de commerce à Saint Julien. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos deux enfants qui ont profité du parc municipal et qui étaient aussi contents de rester à la maison les jours de pluie. Les propriétaires se sont montrés à la fois très accueillants et très discrets.
