A family oriented apartment perfect for families wanting to stay right next to the beach and close to Estepona port and town centre. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a fully fitted kitchen and a south-east facing balcony. A comfortable property with Wifi and central air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed (150x190 CM) with en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed (135x185 CM) and the third bedroom has two single beds (90x190 CM). The en-suite bathroom with bath and over-head shower and the second bathroom with a walk-in shower. The balcony area has a dining table for six ready to enjoy the morning sun and the living room has a dining table for four with a corner sofa along with a high speed internet connection with an international TV streaming package (including Sky) for the 50 inch SmartTV. A fully fitted kitchen for all your needs with a small laundry area. There is fenced communal swimming pool with separate children´s swimming pool within the urbanisation for your use during your holidays. Please note that the swimming pool area is only a short walk from the apartment. This property has street parking around the complex but has a private garage space for a tiny car or a few bikes.
