Quietly located next to the golf course, 1.5 km from the large Nartelle beach.
Ideal for large families or for groups of friends.
The villa is air conditioned.
Entrance is through the first floor.
First floor :
- a large living dining room with a large table, a sofa, a TV with TNT channels, a Wii console
- an open kitchen with American fridge, dishwasher, microwave, traditional oven and ceramic hob. The kitchen opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool.
- 2 bedrooms with a 160 cm bed and a fitted cupboard
- 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a fitted cupboard
- 1 bathroom with bathtub and 2 basins
- 1 shower room
- 1 WC + hand basin
On the ground floor :
- a games room with table football, billiards and a sofa bed.
- a bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a sofa bed
- a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a fitted cupboard
- a sleeping area with a bunk bed
- a bathroom with shower, sink and WC
- a double bedroom with two 140 cm beds, a BZ sofa and a fitted cupboard
- a bathroom with shower, sink, WC and washing machine.
The swimming pool is secured by an alarm. It is regularly maintained.

Our group was 13 adults and there was plenty space outside and inside. A big beutyful pool and grill airea.

A wonderful weeks break just been had by us all, ages from 2-70! The pool was lovely, lots of sun beds and outdoor areas for eating. Plenty of bathrooms which are needed with so many people. Very relaxing and a short drive to local shops and beautiful town of st. Maxime. Thank you for a brilliant stay

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à 11 dans cette maison très agréable. Les photos sont prises à l’avantage de la maison et la déco intérieure manque un peu de soin ; il faut également préciser que deux des chambres sont communicantes avec obligation de passer par une chambre pour accéder à l’autre ; mais les espaces extérieurs sont extras avec une piscine au soleil toute la journée et une terrasse ombragée. Le propriétaire est par ailleurs très disponible et nous a fourni tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Vrai plus : la salle de billard et de baby foot équipée d’une grande télé et d’un frigo !

Facilities were excellent, plenty of space for the 10 of us. Kitchen was great, plenty of cooking utensils. Bathrooms were absolutely what we wanted. Sainte Maxime is a lovely area to visit, this was the perfect base for us. Loads of lovely restaurants just a 10 minute drive away.
