About this villa rental
This very beautiful villa, with view of the putting green, is close to the La Nartelle vast fine sandy beach. The villa was renovated in 2012. It is a very spacious house with many bathrooms. Outside, you can find a large terrace where you can spend nice evenings with your family or with friends and a beautiful pool sheltered from view with beach chairs, for a relaxing sunbathing experience.
The swimming pool is heated from April to October.
The entrance is on the first floor.
On the first floor:
- 1 large living/dining room with a big table for 16 people, a corner sofa, a 60'' plasma TV with TNT channels
- 1 large open plan kitchen with double fronted refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, traditional oven and ceramic hobs
- 1 very large partly covered terrace with a plancha and 2 big tables for 16 people, giving access to the garden and pool
- 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a large well laid out wardrobe and a bathroom with bathtub, shower, double bowl sinks and WC
- 1 bedroom overlooking the pool with a 160 cm bed, a well laid out wardrobe and a bathroom with shower, bowl sink and WC
- 1 WC for guests with hand basin
On the ground floor:
- 1 game room with table-football, pool table and 2 pinball games
- 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a well laid out wardrobe
- 1 double bedroom with two 140 cm beds and a well laid out wardrobe
- 1 marble bathroom with corner bath-tub, double bowl sinks and WC
- 1 studio with 2 sofa beds of 140 cm and a kitchen with refrigerator, ceramic hobs and washing machine
- 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a well laid out wardrobe
- 1 marble bathroom with shower, bowl sink and WC
Garden:
- in the garden, surrounded by a hedge, there are a lot of olive trees
- it is possible to park 4 cars (there is additional parking space in the complex)
- all around the swimming pool, there are 15 beach chairs
Electric scooters available on request. The unit price is 40 € for the week. To book before your stay, subject to availability.

Patrick was a very helpful and kind host, the villa was rustic style, plenty big enough for our 3 families and we had an amazing time. Pool was awesome and there was plenty in the villa to amuse the young adults and kids. We could have done with a few more coffee mugs and we did purchase some plastic cups to use around th pool/outside for the safety aspect but overall facilities were good.
The only downside to the holiday which wasn’t anything to do with the villa was the mosquitoes which are a clear issue of the area as the supermarkets were full of candles and sprays so make sure you pack a really good repellant!
