Casale del Passatore is a small paradise, surrounded by a grove of oaks and pines and cheered
from birdsong and from the placid waters of a stream. At about 800 m. the Tiber river flows
with its luxuriant vegetation and its picturesque paths. It is the ideal place to spend your holidays,
alternating archaeological visits (Etruscan necropolis of Falerii Novi about 10 km, excavations of the pre-Roman city of Ocricolum about 5 km)
and to the cities of art (Rome, Perugia, Assisi, Viterbo, Todi, Gubbio, Florence) at moments of peace and silence.
Casale del Passatore also wants to be a meeting point for those who love sports, nature, animals,
and for those wishing to cultivate creative and leisure activities
(music, theater, dance, poetry, themed meetings, parties, concerts, board games, video projections, etc.).
Casale Del Passatore is located in Magliano Sabina, 1.5 km from the exit of the A1 toll booth. It offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a soccer field and free services such as Wi-Fi and private parking.

The farmhouse has two floors.
On the ground floor there is a large hall of about 100 square meters, with an imposing fireplace and an area intended for escape and relaxation. Here you can hold meetings, parties and events and also lunches or dinners for a large number of guests. A covered patio and glazed outside allows you to enjoy the landscape even in less favorable weather conditions. Next to the Hall there is a fully equipped kitchen equipped with all the most modern appliances.

The 6 rooms of the farmhouse - with 2 or 3 beds - have different characteristics, but always inspired by tradition. The period furnishings and decorations do not exclude comfort, ensured by a fully equipped private bathroom, heating and alarm system and video intercom. In one room there is also a fireplace.
The park
One of the most striking features of Casale del Passatore is the splendid park of centuries-old pine trees that alternate with rich Mediterranean vegetation and magnificent specimens of palm trees and subtropical plants.

We had a great stay. Lovely villa in beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to Rome for sightseeing and pretty villages/towns an places to visit locally.

Everything went really easy and perfect, if we needed something we could always call you, thank you for this! We loved the awesome, really big house and the garden around, especially the pool and the chill-area there. There were no major problems, 5 stars for everything! Greetings, the 11 people staying there for a week!! The dog was super cute and a highlight, too!
