About this apartment rental
Waterfront studio in Saint Raphaël - Boulouris. Exceptional location with panoramic sea view. Direct access to the sea through the residence's private park (no road to cross). Modern studio for 4 people on the 2nd floor of a quiet 4-storey residence with lift, caretaker, private parking in the basement, collective bike room. Fully furnished and equipped (dishwasher, TV etc, wifi). Entrance with bunk beds, living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, 1 bathroom + WC, south-facing balcony (6m²) facing the sea.
Sandy beach at 100 meters, train station at 1.3 km, shops at 1 km, bus at 30 m.
The apartment is located 3 km from the center of St Raphaël on the seaside road towards Cannes, near the CERS de Boulouris.
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly rental. Contact us for weekend rentals.
We provide linen for free.

Access to the A8 motorway at 7 km; SNCF Saint Raphaël (TGV) (2.5 km) or Boulouris (1.3 km); Nice Côte d'Azur (50 km), Cannes (30 km) or Toulon (75 km) airports.
The nearby Estérel massif, St Tropez and Cannes 45 mins away, and Nice 1 hour by car. Direct and quick access to Cannes, Nice, Monaco by train.
The unique location by the sea between Cannes and Saint Tropez and near the Massif de l'Estérel will allow you to practice all kinds of activities, including relaxation on the beach, water sports and sailing, fishing, walks on the coastline, idleness in the superb coves on the side of Agay and Anthéor, hiking or mountain biking in the Estérel Massif, golf, horse riding, visit the islands of Lérins, Cannes, Nice, the perfume factories of Grasse, Monaco, the hinterland of Nice, the Gorges du Verdon and so many other charming little corners.

Bien , séjour enchanteur les pieds dans l’eau - avec les pics de chaleur le studio non climatisé aurait pu être déplaisant mais avec la brise de mer et le courant d’air , plus le ventilateur c’était tout à fait acceptable .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, confortable et agréable, admirablement situé plein sud, avec une vue sur mer à 180°.
Rien ne manque dans cet appartement ; à défaut de climatisation, un ventilateur efficace, particulièrement sollicité cet été.
Bon couchage avec draps déjà en place à l’arrivée, petit plus non négligeable à l’issue d’un voyage éprouvant.
Grande terrasse pour y déjeuner aisément en admirant la mer, table et fauteuils de jardin, transats et store déroulant pour se protéger du soleil.
On accède au bord de mer, qui est à 20 mètres à peine, en franchissant le portillon du parc de la résidence et ainsi on rejoint la plage située à 50 mètres ; moins encore, pour s'isoler sur les dalles de la côte rocheuse flamboyante ou partir se promener le long de la mer sur le chemin côtier.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le parking souterrain et privatif vu le stationnement quasi inexistant dans le secteur.
Seul petit bémol, commerces pas suffisamment proches.
