Appart 60m² très lumineux et en très bon état, climatisé avec la fibre à 15 mn à pieds du bord de mer ,du centre ville et de la gare SNCF,au 3ème étages sans ascenseur .Exposé plein sud dans une résidence calme et sécurisée(portail avec badge)avec 1 place de parking privée.Composé de 2 chambres avec de grandes armoires de rangements,l’une avec un lit en 140,la 2ème d'un clic clac et d'un lit 1 personne,1cuisine équipée:plaque vitro céramique,micro onde ,bouilloire,senseo,un salon avec un canapé 3 places assises ,une Télévision ,la climatisation .1 salle de bain avec une douche,une vasque,tiroirs de rangements,machine à laver,séchoir à linge et 1 wc séparé.Situé tout proche des commerces de proximité.
A 1h en navette martime de St Tropez .Tout proche du massif de l’Estérel et de la base nature de Fréjus.

Apartment is bright and nice. Air conditioning is only in living room, but in bedrooms (we used only one from 2) it was enought the fan. Beach for us was 20-25 min with kids (we were with 3 kids, 14, 9 and 3 years old). Kitchen has everything and even more needed for cooking. Balcony has nice view and fireworks was seen from city center several times. One thing was not nice that neighbours smoke in the balconies (it is forbidden in Lithuania for several years).and we get used to not feeling the smell. And the owner is really nice and helpfull.
