House in a very quiet area, 2 steps away from the Christian Dior garden, tennis court, casino, the Plat Gousset beach 100 m away, thalassotherapy, all shops 100 m away, direct access by train, 40 km from the Mont Saint-Michel, access by boat to Chausey and the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernesey).
House classified by “Manche Tourisme” and the tourist board for a seaside theme: beach angling equipment available, beach toys for children, sun umbrella, beach towels, personalized tips for you holidays.
There are 6 pretty, fully renovated rooms on 3 levels. A description with photos will be sent upon request in order to better see the house and its space.
There is a garage and a fenced courtyard of 20 sq.m to rest and have your meals. Very nice atmosphere!
Children are welcome: toys, baby kit (cot, high chair, bottle warmer, baby flatware).
Rentals from Sunday to Sunday (rentals are available from Saturday to Saturday depending on the dates).

The layout of the house was perfect for what we needed and an easy walkable location. We enjoyed the location as we were visiting surrounding attractions. The only miscommunication was the listing didn’t state sheet and linens weren’t included so that was a little disappointing to navigate the day before check in.

We stayed in Granville for a family wedding. We were an adult party with one elderly relative so the downstairs bed and bathroom were very helpful.
The property was in a great location, close to the Christian Dior gardens, the beach and town.

This is a very nice, spacious, completely equipped and well situated vacation house in a very nice historical harbour city in the lower Normandy. The beach is a 3 minutes walk away and very bathing friendly.
Restaurants, ice cream bar just around the corner as well as the boulanger, supermarché and charcuterie. In fact you hardly need your car, which we really appreciated!
Mont St Michel is a 60 minutes drive and with a boat tour to Iles Chausey is highly recommended (you might even see bottlenose dolphins!).
Spectacular tides with sometimes around 12 m (!) difference between high and low water.
Enjoy the museum of Christian Dior (his family house) and the large lushy garden 30 meters above the sea, just a 5 minutes walk from the house.
We were 4 youngsters and 3 adults and had all the room we needed with 2 showers, laundry facility and 2 toilets.
One car (medium size) fits in the garage and the second car had to be parked in the street.
