32 m 2 apartment for 4 people located on the heights of Chantemerle (residence Les Mélèzes) on the 6th and last floor with elevator. Quiet and well maintained residence with caretaker.
Balcony facing south-west, very nice view on the mountain and on the track Luc Alphand.
- Numerous hikes in the summer (Ecrins massif), mountaineering, whitewater rafting, green swimming pool, Monetier baths, cycling.
- Free shuttle in winter at the foot of the residence to access the ski lifts.
- 350 m from the village, 10 min walk with small shops and 5 km from Briançon with large areas.
It consists :
- Entrance with cupboard
- Independent WC
- Living room with a sofa bed for 2 people
- flat screen TV
- A small bedroom separated by a sliding door that includes a trundle bed (1 or 2 persons), door directly to the balcony.
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, pressure cooker, fridge, 4 hotplates, coffee maker, raclette, toaster, vacuum cleaner.
- Bathroom with bathtub

- Storage cabinet
- Beds equipped with blankets
- Bed and bathroom linen is not provided
- Ski locker in secure room.
- Outdoor parking space inside the residence.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement dans lequel nous nous sommes sentis bien. Très belle vue qui nous a permis de profiter du feu d artifice. Bon accueil et bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Le plus : pouvoir laisser les skis au pied du télécabine que l on rejoint en 5 ou 10 min à pied.

très bel appartement, vu imprenable sur la montagne,très bien situé pour randonnées et autres activités pas très loin de la frontière Italienne.
