In the Viaur valley, halfway between Rodez and ALBI, renovated and independent 3-key country house with private enclosed and shaded land, capacity 5/7 people. Located in a hamlet 7Km from Naucelle (town with all trade) you can enjoy the greenery which borders the river with its walking paths. Ideal for children with its park, its swing and its sandbox and the Viaur to cool off. You can rest in the shade of the trees while watching the barbecue.

La vie est douce à CAMJAC. La maison est certes en bordure de la départementale peu fréquentée, cela ne gâche pas le bruit de la rivière, le chant des coqs et piaillements du poussin, ni le bêlement des moutons. Le hameau est occupé par des personnes très sympathiques, les chats et chatons du voisinage viennent également rendre visite. Bref, la nature est bien présente.
Le logement est tout à fait fonctionnel, nous avons apprécié les jeux de société et jeux d'extérieur mis à disposition.
Le propriétaire est quant à lui accueillant à l'écoute et disponible.

Wij waren met ons gezin hier voor een week. Winkels en bakker op minder dan 10 minuten rijden. Mooie omgeving met een klein riviertje waar de kinderen en wij heerlijk hebben gelegen. Veel rust. Huisje van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. Eigenaar heel vriendelijk en snel in contact. Komen zeker weer!
