About this house rental
Old family house, rustic, simple, fully equipped. 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and one with 2 single beds. Kitchen, large living room, library, veranda, garage, large outdoor area maintained. Easy parking.
House located between the Ferté Macé and Saint Michel des Andaines, certainly near the main road but there is no car at night and little during the day. However, if you are too sensitive to noise, it is better to choose a more isolated place because only one room is equipped with double glazing. As it is an old house there are still some small improvement works to do like changing the wallpaper of the bathroom. Strengths outweigh weak points. Length of stay required: 1 week. Tap water from a fountain located near exploited fields can be used for cooking food, but for drinking it is recommended to consume mineral water.

Bonjour,Compte tenu de notre courte occupation des lieux (nous n'avons pris aucun repas )seulement passé 2 nuits
il m'est difficile de pouvoir apprécier véritablement.
Cependant ce n'est pas fait pour une famille avec des enfants les escaliers sont étroits et un peu dangereux pour des petits .Et deux étages sans (wc) c'est gênant.Bien qu'en bord de route peu de bruit la nuit.
Dites moi comment cela ce passe pour récupérer la caution .

Maison agréable, très habitable, rien ne manque (four, ustensiles cuisine, draps fournis, ainsi que serviettes de toilette) encore des travaux à faire mais.......rien de bien grave. Bien située, un peu bruyante avec la route passant devant (dommage), tous commerces proches mais en voiture, mer proche
