About this house rental
House quiet and spacious master, ideal for a family holiday. The old charm is preserved and a complete renovation of the house was made in 2015. It has a private park of 2500 m² and a garden. Very close to the upper town of Saint-Flour, all the services and shops are within 10 minutes walk (1 km), the motorway is 5 km.
Exposure with beautiful views of the historic city center and cathedral, wider views of the mountains of Margeride.
Ground floor: dining room, fitted kitchen including cooking piano, independent living.
1st floor, three spacious bedrooms with double beds, a room with a bed 1 person, bathroom (walk-in shower) with toilet closed.
2nd floor, two bedrooms with two beds 1 person, a children's play area, bathroom with toilet including a foot bath and a walk-in shower.

Jolie et grande maison d'epoque. Jolie jardin sans bruit en impasse. Les voisins proches sont tres accueillant et vivent egalement a proximité. Bien place pour rayonner facilement sur la region

Lorsque vous passez le porche, cette magnifique demeure familiale des années 30 commence à se dévoiler au milieu d'arbres majestueux. Un mariage réussi entre l'ancien (carreaux de ciment, parquet en point de Hongrie, cheminée en marbre...) et la modernité des salles d'eau, de la cuisine et de la décoration. Du jardin émane des senteurs subtiles et délicates entre les roses et les tilleuls. Ce lieu est vraiment propice à la méditation et au repos. Jeanne (ou bien une autre personne de sa famille) vous accueillera avec grande gentillesse, bienveillance, bonne humeur et convivialité. Et tout cela très proche des commodités de la vie quotidienne. Ce point d'étape nous a permis de pratiquer rafting et canyoning en Auvergne. Propreté irréprochable avec tout l'équipement de la maison indispensable et même au-delà. C'est une adresse à recommander absolument.

Grande maison conviviale, bien rénovée et bien équipée, avec de beaux espaces. Chaque chambre est équipée d'un lavabo, avec de belles vues. Emplacement très pratique pour visiter la région, et très proche d'un grand supermarché.

Superbe propriété qui s'est révélée le théâtre idéal à des retrouvailles entre amis réussis et attendues !
La maison est superbement rénovée, les chambres spacieuses et agréables et pas une fois nous n'avons souffert du froid malgré la neige ! (mention spéciale pour le magnifique escalier)
