Chalet from 2002 specially designed to accommodate disabled people (the first in Auvergne to be labeled Tourism and Handicap)
Chalet -Duplex with 4 to 6 beds 2 bathrooms/including 1 walk-in shower with WC, kitchen, meals TV Wifi
Completely independent, the K-Bane located 500m from Gîtes Bon Air benefits from the same services as the other gîtes on the site: access to the swimming pool in summer and to the spa in winter.
The chalet is located between the village of Chaudes-Aigues (water at 82°) and the Monts du Cantal at an altitude of 1854 m.

Un accueil exeptionnel avec un propriétaire disponible a toutes heures, du jour et de la nuit... Nous somme arrivé au milieu de la nuit et cela n'a posé aucun problème... La découverte du gîte nous a laissé sans voix... Le rapport qualité prix est exeptionnel ! Le confort urbain, la piscine chauffée au milieu de la nature ! Un contexte exeptionnel pour les amoureux de simplicité et confort lié au milieu de la nature ! Nous reviendrons !
