About this apartment rental
The apartment on the second floor with lift, recently renovated in all its parts, is finely furnished with modern furniture and consists of: entrance into the living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances fridge, oven, dishwasher, stove. In the living area there is a double sofa bed and a TV cabinet with 32-inch LCD television. The living room leads to the terrace, overlooking the pedestrian area, from the large window that makes the house very bright, the terrace is equipped with a table for eating outdoors. For those with children in the room there is the possibility of putting the camping cot. In the splendid stone bathroom there is a large shower and there are toilets and bidets. Apartment with washing machine. In the house there is everything you need to stay there, dishes, ironing board, iron, blanket drying rack, bedspreads. Everything that is strictly personal use is not present. On request it is possible to rent bed linen and towels at the cost of E. 20,00 per person per week. Camping cot on request E. 10,00

Merci a stefano et francesca pour leur tres bon accueil. L appartement est tres bien entretenu, propre a l arrivee. L acces directe a la plage et la piscine est un vrai plus! Recommande vivement cette location et je pense y revenir.

siamo tornati nell'appartamento di Francesca e Stefano per la terza volta , questo dovrebbe bastare per far capire quanto ci siamo trovati bene !
i proprietari sono molti disponibili (l'estate scorsa la nostra macchina aveva la batteria scarica e Stefano ci ha aiutati ed accompagnati dall'elettrauto ) la casa ha arredi nuovi, moderni è ben corredata ed è adatta per due adulti e due bambini. la televisione riceve solo i canali rai in italiano consiglio di portare dvd per i bambini . il supermercato è sotto casa è fornitissimo ( si trovano anche molti prodotti italiani) ed ha prezzi come i supermercati di Milano (leggermente più cara la frutta e verdura fresca come in tutti i luoghi di villeggiatura) . la spiaggia è a due passi ed a giungo l'abbiamo sempre trovata pulita e per niente affollata, la sabbia è chiara ed il mare cristallino. con i bambini abbiamo sfruttato molto anche la piscina condominiale che non prevede uso della cuffia, cosa che abbiamo molto gradito. il centro di juan les pins è raggiungibile in 20 minuti passeggiando dal lungomare , ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi sono però un po' più cari rispetto all'Italia. a piedi si può raggiungere anche la spiaggia di golf juan, altrimenti a 5 minuti di macchina ci sono spaiggette molto carine direzione antibes. unica nota negativa il parcheggio... ma anche questa è una nota dolente che accomuna i posti belli in cui tante persone vogliono andare in vacanza ...
credo che anche l'estate prossima torneremo qui in vacanza !

appartamento in complesso residenziale recente e funzionale con supermercato , piscina (rende decisamente di più dal vivo) e tanto verde attorno grazie al parco exflora. vicinissimo alla spiaggia posta tra il centro di juan les pins e il golfo di juan raggiungibili entrambi in dieci minuti a piedi. luogo tranquillo,lontanto dal caos. proprietari cordiali e disponibile!grazie Francesca!
