About this apartment rental
Beautiful 2-room apartment located on the 2nd floor of the Judikael residence on the edge of the cornice (Bénodet seaside resort). Sea view and very close to the beach.
Surface 42 m² + 8 m² terrace with full sea view, in a luxury residence with 2 elevators

- Living room: 140x200 cm convertible sofa, flat screen TV. 140 * 190 cm suspended mezzanine bed with electric control LIBAO (during the day, the bed is raised to the ceiling; at night the bed with beds goes down to 1m from the ground), reading lamp
- Meal section: oval table, chairs.
- Fitted and equipped kitchen: sink, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, hood and microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric plancha, steamer, storage.
- Bedroom: 2 electric beds of 90x190 cm, bedside tables and wardrobe, baby umbrella bed, terrace access.
- Shower room: Shower, vanity unit, washing machine and dryer, iron, hair dryer.

Terrace (8 m²) with garden furniture (8 people can eat outside, with stunning views)

Appartement avec tout le confort idealement situé avec vue mer .
La decoration de l appartement laisse un peu a desire ainsi que certaines finitions . Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer une agreable semaine.
Gros point noir le système de clé pour le parking en sous sol a revoir .

Das Appartement bietet einen sehr schönen Ausblick vom Westbalkon mit wunderschönem Abendrot. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist ebenfalls erstklassig (vor allem der Grill!).
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und kleinere Unklarheiten ließen sich schnell lösen. Ein paar kleine Schönheitsreparaturen würden die Wohnung noch attraktiver machen.
Etwas bedauerlich war, dass die zum Angebot gehörenden Fahrräder nicht nutzbar waren. Sie sind schon etwas altersschwach und die Reifen ließen sich nicht mehr aufpumpen. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr entgegenkommend angeboten, eine Reparatur zu übernehmen. Leider war der Verleih mit angeschlossener Werkstatt geschlossen. Grundsätzlich bin ich der Ansicht, dass ein paar neue Räder eine gute Investition wären. Die Umgebung bietet so schöne Radtouren.
Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen das Apartment gerne weiter.

Propriété très bien située face à la promenade de la plage. on peut tout faire à pied :commerces et restaurants. Le parking attribué à l'appartement est appréciable. Bénodet est une station balnéaire sympa. c'est l'estuaire de l'Odet. Ce n'est pas la mer que l'on voit de l'appartement; Il manque les vagues et l'odeur marin.
On peut facilement faire des randonnées sur la côte et visiter les alentours bretons. La pointe du Raz est toute proche . Nous avons eu un temps superbe et pas souffert de la canicule.
