This apartment was completely renovated in 2013 with modern furnishings. Resolutely practical, it has a kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with a bed and large wardrobe, a large bathroom with power shower, a separate toilet.

The best part of this apartment is the view - wonderful though through trees, but still it's magnificent and the sunlight comes in beautifully into the kitchen/living room area. Lovely! The kitchen has several appliances which is great; it would be great to have a few basics such as oil & vinegar, but no big deal. The bathroom is comfortable to share among 2 people; toilet is separate (great!) Bed is a small-double and fits nicely in the bedroom. Lots of closet space. And it's very very quiet! The host was very pleasant and helped me with guidance on how to arrive at the property in the middle of the night (code for building door and key lockbox). All great!

The apartment is well situated at the heart of Benodet's sea front - walks, shops, cafes and restaurants are all within easy reach. We found the private on-site parking a real bonus, as public parking places nearby tend to fill up quickly. The sunny balcony was a delight, as was the light and airy living space. Thoughtfully equipped, with all we needed for an easy and relaxing week's holiday. Storage space was excellent for an apartment of this size - generous wardrobes and masses of coat hangers - a rarity!
