About this house rental
Magnificent villa of 220 m2 located in a peaceful area. Discover the calm of a closed and shaded Provencal garden with its large pines, south side with its swimming pool (11m x 5m depth 1.90). 400m from the center of the village of Pernes les Fontaines.
High quality equipment (TV, video, internet, pool table, table football, table tennis, deckchairs ...). 90m2 double living room with the living area including comfort sofas and piano as well as the games room area with billiards, table football, table tennis.
Three rooms:
-Parental bedroom of 45m2 overlooking the garden with walk-in shower and 160x200cm bed
-bedroom with two 90x190cm beds overlooking the garden,
-bedroom with 140x190cm bed
1 bathroom with shower-bath, 2 toilets, and another 1 walk-in shower in the master bedroom, fitted kitchen + parking.
Possibility of hosting 5 to 6 people.
DEPOSIT € 1,000 (returned 2 days after your departure)

The villa is perfect - we couldn't have asked for more - beautiful house with amazing pool , garden and facilities ( the games room was very well used !) Location is great , a short walk into town, which has some lovely bars and restaurants .The hosts were lovely - very communicative, but not intrusive. Thank you for having us - we hope to return again soon !

The property was absolutely fantastic with lots of space, plenty of furnishings both for indoor and outdoor living. The kitchen was a wonderful space to both cook and eat. The living area has a relaxing area as well as a games area. The outdoor space is beautiful and well looked after, the pool is a good size and there is plenty of furniture to relax on and lots of shade when it is too hot. The town is a little gem, lots of boulangeries, cafes and restaurants. Pernes Les Fontaines was our favourite place out of all that we have stayed at in Provence. The owners treated us superbly with some lovely welcome gifts and a visit during our stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home.
