Recent family house and very bright of 140 m2 on a closed ground of 1300 m2, private swimming pool of 9x4,5m with double security (approved bar coverage and alarm), shaded terrace, large plancha. Parasol available.

Contemporary interior with living room of 50 m2 on the ground floor.
4 bedrooms including a master suite, 2 bathrooms / bath, 2 separate WC.
3 air conditioned bedrooms upstairs (air conditioning Daikin), a ground floor room equipped with an air freshener with direct access to the garden and pool.
Wifi and Canal + subscription.
Nespresso coffee machine and massage chair available.
Beds made on your arrival.
Towels and kitchen towels provided.
Baby equipment (bed, relax).
Parking at the back of the house.
Access to the center of the village and its shops along the Nesque 5 minutes walk by a pedestrian path. Supermarket and pharmacy at 300m.

We spent a week here in late July 2018. We didn't realise until we arrived that it is the owners' home for most of the year - they only rent it out for a few weeks. It is spacious and comfortable, and the pool is wonderful. The kitchen is very well equipped and the air-conditioning was great given that it was exceptionally hot when we were there. The terrace is lovely for lunch or to sit out on in the evening and although the house is on the edge of town with other houses nearby it is a very peaceful location. You can walk into Pernes Les Fontaines but there is also a supermarket seconds away by car. The owners made sure we had everything we needed and were great at answering any questions we asked before our stay. Thanks for a lovely stay xx

Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation, notamment la nuit.

Nous avons adoré la maison. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine, le toboggan, le trampoline...au point de ne plus vouloir partir !
Vacances réellement relaxantes. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux !

Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables et reposants dans cette jolie maison, tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. A noter la gentillesse des propriétaires. Je recommande !
