Magnificent very comfortable house completely renovated in 2013/2014 completely redone a very nice bathroom 2 bedrooms a living room and fitted kitchen everything is new, very nice and bright, quiet, comfortable disabled access, we accept smokers and animals. Access from Mont Saint Michel is very fast 2 km from the Mont Saint Michel car parks or 20 minutes on foot

The only negative relating to this stay was the weather, and we don’t hold the VRBO manager responsible for that. And the weather could have been much worse. It was really just a little too cold for those of us from Hawaii.
Hundreds, perhaps thousands, braved the cold to walk out to Mont St Michel, and there were people wading in the water to the side of the raised road and walkway.
We enjoyed a very nice dinner at the recommended restaurant just across the street in front of our house. The house, itself, was very well appointed with everything that we needed. With the manager living right next door, there would have been no problem getting assistance if we needed help with anything, but everything worked just fine.
The WiFi was a little bit weak in the house, but it worked. It did work better at the table just outside the back door, since the router is set up on that side of the house.
I would say that we hope to return some day, but at 76, living in Hawaii, that is a fairly unrealistic wish.

Séjour de 3 nuits très agréable dans cette ancienne bergerie très bien rénovée. Le gite abrite 2 logements : 1 au rdc et 1 à l'étage. Les 2 entrées sont independantes. Le proprietaire habite dans la maison a côté. Nous avons logé dans celui de l'étage qui comprend une chambre. Le salon dispose de 2 couchages de 2 personnes chacun.
Tout est neuf et décoré avec goût. Literie de qualité et appartement très bien équipé.
L'emplacement est idéal pour aller visiter le mont Saint Michel, départ à pied possible pour éviter les frais de parking. Il y a environ 4 km. Le proprietaire a des vélos à louer, nous avons pu nous rendre au mont à vélo. Nous avons également fait une journée vers Cancale et Saint Malo, route magnifique par la côte, activité char à voile sur la route à Hirel.
Autour du gite, il y a des restos, une épicerie, une boulangerie...
Accueil jovial d'Hilaire et de sa maman qui nous ont donné des plans, des bons conseils.

Maison propre et bien située. Attention pour les animaux le terrain n'est pas clôturé. Et 2 appartements dans la maison, ce qui n'est pas clairement précisé dans l'annonce. Mais les 2 logements sont bien indépendants.
