Food shops (bakery, fishmonger, butcher ...) and restaurants nearby.
Market twice a week. 2 convenience stores in the city center (Carrefour City and Casino)

- type T3 of 89m2 spacious, very bright, facing east / west and overlooking an open square and interior courtyard, on the 5th floor with elevator.
- Recent renovation and new equipment
- Individual gas heating.
- 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and another with 2 single beds of 90x190 and a convertible or 6 beds
- Baby umbrella bed and high chair.
- Furnished living room with 6 seats, flat screen tv and hifi radio.
- Bathroom with 80x120 cm shower area. Cabinet with storage and towel radiator.
- separate WC.
- Separate, bright and equipped kitchen. Plenty of storage with modular table in 4 or 6 places and cellar.
CAR PARK:
- access to intramural car parks, along the ramparts and the train path district
and racetrack relay parking in season (with free shuttle to the city center).

The hosts, Pascal and Nathalie, are very responsive and helpful.The apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped. Ideally located in the old town with many cafes, restaurants and shops all just a few steps away.The location is within walking distance of the Brittany Ferry terminal, and close the main stop for local bus services and for coach trips to Mont Saint Michel.
