Rent beautiful T2 apartment comfortable 2 star, on the 1st floor of the residence LES PRADETS (Building B): Residence with lift, ski room, located 100 meters from the center of Mont Dore, 300 meters from the thermal baths, free shuttle to ski resort (alpine and cross-country) at the foot of the residence.

Balcony: 1 teak table and 2 chairs.

Apartment completely renovated in August 2015.

Le logement pour 4 est impec. Très commode, le petit plus pour le lave vaisselle très pratique. Appart près du centre à 5 min à pied et 5 min en voiture du Sancy.
Si on revient, on relouera sans problème ce logement.

Le massif du Sancy est un trés bel endroit. Nous y allons chaque année. La location est de qualité. Située juste en bordure du centre - ville tout en étant au calme et sans les difficultés de stationnement. On va vite partout. A noter que le funiculaire pour le Capucin est à 100 mètres. Porte pour de belles randonnées sans avoir à prendre la voiture. L'appartement est spacieux et de qualité. Avec une belle loggia. Malgré une météo épouvantable : 6 jours de pluies ininterrompue et de nombreuses choses fermées - en juillet ... ( comme Royatonic espace thermoludique que nous avions programmé vu la pluie )nous garderons un bon souvenir de la location. Propriétaires trés à l'écoute.
