Apartment of 60 m2 with TERRACE completely renovated in 2017 located in Font de Cère classified furnished tourism 4 * (classification decision November 2 017)
(Green slope 100 meters on foot and access to the resort center possible by shuttle during the ski season included in the price).

1 12 m2 terrace facing the Griou
2 bedrooms with 140 by 190 bed
1 sleeping area with bunk beds 90 by 190
1 bathroom with hydromassage shower
1 storage room
1 separate WC with hand basin
1 ski or bike room of 2 m2 with ski boot heater for 6 people
Equipment:
1 flat screen TV 126 cm, DVD player, stereo, washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, 4-burner hob, plenty of storage
On arrival, you will find the beds made and the bathroom and table linen at your disposal (included in the rental). The reception will be made by the owners.
Possibility to provide you with a free cot and high chair on request.
Animals are not allowed.
Non smoking apartment.
Reservation and payment:
Rentals are by the week.
During the ski period, they will take place from Saturday to Saturday.
For other periods, you can ask us for another day of arrival and another duration.
The cleaning service is offered at a rate of € 50 if you wish.
