Located in a lovely Touquettoise genuine and authentic, these 2 pieces of 30 m2 has a separate entrance and a covered terrace. You will discover the charm of the old, of 'the good old days'. Or imagination will have its place.
close to the St John Street and all the shops, cinema, restaurants, beach, Aqualud. free shuttle allows you to move throughout the touquet inquiring about the starting point, there is a close to the apartment.
The two-room has 1 large door windows and a double glazed window with motorized shutter in the living room, and a large window with motorized damper in the room, providing plenty of clarity.
All windows are double glazed heat and sound, and the interior insulation of walls and ceiling, made to current standards, in order to ensure a cozy atmosphere and isolated.(Cold and noise) Ecology requires)
The beach is a few hundred meters, you are also a hundred meters from downtown.
Closed courtyard, closed and local bike.
You can park in front of the rental plus the adjacent streets .The terrace with garden furniture for your meals or aperitifs outdoors.

Pour profiter du Touquet, rien de mieux que cette Touquettoise, idéalement située à quelques mètres de la plage, de la place Quentovic et des commerces. Tout se fait à pieds - quel bonheur de ne pas utiliser de voiture pendant 1 semaine.
La propriétaire nous a réservé le meilleur accueil et a été aux petits soins. Je ne peux que recommander vivement un séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé.

Excellent séjour que nous avons passé à tout point de vue, quel bel environnement satisfaction totale, la propriétaire était au petit soin pour nous et son accueil très chaleureux, à refaire !
