Renovated character house overlooking garden and river branch, comprising a living room with open kitchen, wc with washbasin and upstairs: one bedroom (double bed 160X200) with adjoining bathroom.
The accommodation is totally available to vacationers.
It has a washing machine, Nespresso machine, fridge with freezer. cot if needed.
Unfenced garden.
VARENNES JARCY has kept its village spirit despite the nearby amenities, bus (line S) in front of the house for RER D PARIS station at 25mn, DisneyLand Paris at 45mn, Fontainebleau, Horse riding center, Golf at 8 km, ORLY Airport 30mn , ROISSY Airport 45mn. La Ile-de-France at 2 km, Restaurant opposite and two others at 300m, pharmacy, doctor's office, bakery, hairdresser opposite.

Anitas Haus ist perfekt, sehr sauber,gepflegt und gut eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Bäcker ist eine Minute entfernt. Frühstücken im Garten kann nicht schöner sein. Ab Combs la Ville ist man mit dem Zug in 25 Minuten in Paris (Gare de Lyon). Anita hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Da wir mit den Rädern kamen, hat sie uns mit ihrem Auto zum Supermarkt gefahren und uns die Umgebung gezeigt. Wir haben uns bei Anita sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen. La maison charmante, entretenue soignée et très confortable. La propriétaire disponible et bienveillante. Une adresse que je recommande sans réserve.

Anita est adorable, l'accueil est très chaleureux.
Le logement est très propre, il correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, le cadre est très agréable, les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié donner à manger aux canards.
Nous reviendront sans hésiter.

We had a great stay in this lovely house close to the river Yerres. Great location for visiting Disneyland Paris (40 minute drive) and the centre of Paris (30 minute train journey to the Gare de Lyon from nearby Combs-la-Ville Quincy). The house is exactly as shown in the photos - beautifully clean and very well equipped. We received a warm welcome from Anita and great advice from her on where to shop, places to visit, local walks etc. All in all a lovely break and we'll certainly consider staying here again if we return to this part of France.
