- The generously sized living room with dining areas and living room with fireplace and television.
- The kitchen has all the crockery and cooking equipment needed, with stove, oven, microwave, sink, fridge-freezer, washing -vaiselles, storage cupboards and worktops.
- A small secluded seating input side, perfect for reading.
- Two bedrooms with double beds, one overlooking the garden and sea views, the other on the input side
- A bathroom with sink and bathtub
- A W. C independent
- A garage for use as cellar accessible entrance and garden side with a laundry area with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
A large storage facilities for the beaches located at the tip of Bile, beachfront accessible by a private staircase, the villa is nestled in a green environment planted many trees, on a plot of 3200 m2, well protectet winds prevailing westerly.

Die Vermieter haben uns persönlich im Haus empfangen, sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir bekamen gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr schön, mit allem ausgestattet was wir brauchten, eine tolle Terrasse, herrlicher Garten, offener Blick und Zugang zur Meeresbucht. Es war eine wunderschöne Woche.
