About this house rental
Detached house on two levels, very well maintained, on a plot of 1700 m², space for several cars at the back of the house. Adjoining annex recently built. Totally fenced garden with grass and trees. Neighborhood of individual houses. Suitable for a large family as for several couples with children. All shops 5 minutes by bicycle or 10 minutes on foot. Beaches 5 minutes by bicycle. Regular bus to Vannes (€ 4 return). This house is also occupied by children and grandchildren of the owners. Regular maintenance, a bathroom completely renovated in 2015, floating floors installed in three rooms in 2015, floor renovation of the first floor bedrooms planned for April 2019.
Long house of 80 m² floor space with:
Ground floor: separate kitchen with dishwasher and fridge-freezer, living room with dining area, bathroom, separate WC, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two 80 cm twin beds , a bedroom with two beds (trundle) of 80 cm.

We had a fantastic time at his house! The house itself is very nice and very comfortable and had everything we needed. The yard is huge and had many toys and games for children (and grownups!). A beautiful beach (plage des Govelins) is about 1km away, easily accessible by walking (~10min), bike, or car (there is a huge parking there and it's easy to park). The hosts were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Communication was easy. We couldn't have had a better stay and would happily come back!

Maison fonctionnelle et bien équipée, grand jardin avec trampoline, ping-pong, badminton, le tout avec la plage et le centre accessible à pieds. De belles balades à vélo possibles également. Plein de jouets pour enfants dans la maison, parfait pour notre séjour avec des enfants. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et compréhensifs. Nous reviendrons sûrement !
