About this villa rental
Ideally located for a good holiday between sea and countryside, located in a quiet area with terraces overlooking the hills (very refreshing and peaceful), close to the village and small shops (1min by car) such as bakery, convenience store, press, bar, tobacco, pizzeria post office, bank ... and several fruit and vegetable producers!
The beaches of Toulon or Hyères (pier for the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros, and Le Levant) are 15 km away, St Tropez and Nice are 1 hour away by car! You can also visit the hinterland with the lake of St Croix and the Verdon gorges within an hour's drive.
POOL ACCESS heated only from April to September
Access to a large shared swimming pool (8M X 3M) located in the terraces surrounded by a beautiful stone wall, a change of scenery guaranteed !! This pool is closed by a padlocked gate (child safety!) a table and chairs as well as deckchairs are at your disposal around the swimming pool to relax !!!
We offer the rental of sheets, towels, and tea towels, the price is € 15 PER PERSON for the duration of a week's stay
For foreigners who do not have a checkbook, the deposit will be made by transfer and the deposit will be € 500 in cash returned upon departure
The end of stay cleaning fee is € 75
If you have young children, we provide you (on reservation) a cot, a high chair and a baby walker)
ping pong table at your disposal
The pool will be maintained by us
Pets are not allowed except small dogs
If you wish to make a reservation please contact me, and I will send you the contract to complete and send me back with the deposit required, upon receipt your dates will be blocked.
I remain at your disposal for further information

The home was a great home base for exploring Provence. You really feel like a local resident in the quaint small village. Visits to nearby villages for bread and fresh fish and produce and nearby beaches galore made for a fun and varied experience

Nous venons de séjourner dans ce bas de villa très bien agencé et extrêmement propre. La rencontre avec Elodie fut brève mais efficace : on sent une propriétaire discrète, soucieuse que ses vacanciers soient installés du mieux possible et profitent de leur séjour dans les meilleures conditions qu'ils soient.
Le "hic" pour nous fut de découvrir que l'étage au dessus était occupé par d'autres vacanciers (pas dit dans l'annonce). Aussi, ça n'a pas été toujours simple d'être au calme, dans l'intimité et profiter tranquillement de l'espace piscine qu'on doit partager...Dommage...

Our holyday were very nice in France. The apartment was very clean. We hadn`t miss anything. Elodie and Nicola are very nice und friendly humans. They are very helpful in any situation. Our children enjoyed the time in the wonderful ambience. The pool and the garden were well-tended. It was a great time.
