About this villa rental
Provencal type family villa, ideal for 2 to 4 people. Located in the private domain of Escalet (municipality of Ramatuelle), a quiet and unspoiled place, close to protected natural areas, while being a few kilometers from the hustle and bustle of Saint Tropez.
Large terrace with panoramic sea views, south-east facing offering magnificent sunrises.
10 minutes walk from the beach by a pedestrian from the garden.
Unforgettable holidays in all seasons (February mimosas, pure sky, intense colors, vineyard colors in the fall, wood fires in the fall and winter, walks on the coastal paths or in the Var hinterland, access on foot to many coves with turquoise waters, Cap Taillat peninsula, white Bastide beach accessible only by foot or by sea).
The house is on one level, with space to park 2 cars on the same level on the property.

Very pleasant and functional American kitchen, well equipped (dishwasher, microwave, food processor, freezer, ceramic hob, fan oven), connected to the living room by a large bar allowing you to take a meal at 4.

We loved our time at Nicole’s house. Nicole is a very nice host, everything was well explained. We loved to walk to the beach, sometimes three times a day. We sat on the wonderful terrace looking onto the sea and the pine trees. We hiked to the mountain top with a stunning view and the small path over the cliffs. Hope to be there one day again.

The villa is in a lovely, secure, estate, with a beautiful view over the trees to the sea. It has a lovely long terrace with welcome electric canopies. The short walk through the garden down to the beach was welcome. A car is needed to get to restaurants and grocery stores.
The villa is aptly listed as a ‘family villa’ - it is very ‘lived in’ and basically furnished.
Sun loungers for the outside space would be a welcome addition (there were just deck chairs).
One or two issues were quickly dealt with by the owners.
