About this apartment rental
In a privileged and magnificent environment of umbrella pines and oleanders (Domaine de la Baie de Valmer) in La Croix-Valmer (near St Tropez), our farmhouse has everything for a dream vacation: bright, very comfortable and carefully decorated, it has a terrace and a garden facing south east, in a quality residence with caretaker, code gates, supervised swimming pool in July and August, 3 tennis courts and reserved parking space, all at 300 m from the magnificent Gigaro beach.
It includes a living room with 2 sofas including a convertible, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen area, a bathroom, separate WC, a hall.
There are 6 beds including 2 on the convertible sofa (type Rapido bought in October 2019).
The living room opens onto a large terrace (protected from the sun by an electric awning) with a table, 6 chairs and a barbecue, and on one level overlooking the garden (2 sun loungers, coffee table, parasol).
The apartment is equipped with a TV with USB and HDMI for video, high speed internet, free wifi connection, radio, dishwasher, washing machine, an oven and a microwave, a classic coffee maker and a coffee maker for Nespresso capsules + toaster, kettle ...
The rental is equipped with the following household linen: mattress covers, bath mats, duvets without covers, pillows and pillow protectors.
Possibility to rent sheets, duvet cover, towels and tea towels.
Non-smoking rental, no disabled access.
Mandatory cleaning fee in addition: 80 €.
Electric heating in addition from October 15 to May 15, by meter readings.
Security deposit of € 500 by check on arrival.
ENVIRONMENT
Located at the very bottom of the Domaine de La Baie de Valmer, this rental is a stone's throw away (300 m) from the superb sandy beach of Gigaro, by street or by a pedestrian path.
A pétanque court adjoins the car park.
500 m away, shops (SPAR, ...) and restaurants.
A free shuttle from mid June to mid September will allow you to go to the village or to the other beaches of La Croix-Valmer without worrying about parking.
The district is exceptional because it is preserved from the crowd since it is a dead end which extends on the coastal path on the one hand, and on a small road towards Ramatuelle and St Tropez on the other hand, road which is not accessible only to residents because closed by the gate of the residence.
The coastal path starts at 300 m and joins St Tropez via Cap Lardier, Cap Taillat, Cap Camarat, and Pampelonne beach, a thirty km hike.
