SITUATION
Savigna as wild, with below the trout stream of Valouse, and going up, the meadow with hens, horses, mule, and vegetable garden; halfway between Orgelet and Arinthod, in the region known as "La Petite Montagne", 120 km from Lyon, 130 km from Dijon, 110km from Geneva, 30km from Lons le Saunier
THE HOUSE, adjoining the owners' accommodation, but completely independent. Out of respect for the neighbors, avoid the noise at night from 10 p.m.
6 people foreseen by the classification of furnished tourism, more possibilities with convertible, 150m² on two floors. Maximum 11 people.
Ground floor: living room with fireplace of 20m², living room serving as kitchen, 30m² facing west.
Sleeping upstairs: a bedroom of 18m2 with double bed (140), a bathroom and WC, an independent shower, a bedroom of 17m2 with 2 beds (90), large room of 24m2 with two beds (convertible 140 and bed old 120), room with double bed and child's bed 18m2, attic furnished with two old beds (120). In winter central heating powered by a pellet stove, power 13kw.
Access from the east, courtyard with green space; old covered bread oven, south facing, with table and barbecue. To the north, passage to the private vegetable garden, adjoining meadow. To the west, terrace, patio, view over the valley, deckchairs and garden furniture.
You can choose to transform the access courtyard into a parking lot; we can also prefer to park our cars 20m higher, along the rue des Combettes, on land belonging to our houses.

Entre les balades en forêt ou dans les vallées, les promenades à vélo ou à cheval, les baignades dans les ruisseaux ou les nombreux lacs : tout le monde a bien aimé les lieux et la campagne environnante.
Attention, trois chambres sont en enfilade (pas forcément gênant mais c'est mieux de le savoir), les serviettes de toilette n'étaient pas fournies et un ménage (succinct) était attendu avant le départ.
L'accueil est attentionné et se bonifie au fil du séjour. Nous avons apprécié. Merci !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 5 en famille dans ce gîte. Il est très bien placé par rapport aux lacs et aux sites à visiter ! Nous reviendrons certainement !

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans la maison de Françoise, plusieurs couples et des amis + 1 enfant et 1 chien.
L'accueil était super : simple et efficace !
La maison dispose d'une très grande cuisine qui permet de cuisiner à plusieurs facilement, elle a tout le matériel nécessaire (si ce n'est la cafetière à piston qui était cassée, mais nous nous sommes débrouillés sans problème avec le filtre à café et une carafe).
Les chambres ne sont pas fermées et deux d'entre elles sont un passage pour accéder aux chambres suivantes, il faut le savoir ! pour quelques jours ça ne pose pas de souci.
La vue est magnifique, quelque soit le point de vue : des chambres, de la cuisine, même de la baignoire !
De nombreux livres se trouvent dans toutes les pièces, sur des sujets très variés.
Les quelques contacts avec Françoise ont tous été très agréables et nous serons heureux d'y séjourner à nouveau si nous en avons l'occasion !
