Located in a peaceful area with sea view, the recent and warmth house is very comfortable. It has a modern equipment, electric radiator, and double glazing. You will see the large bays from a south-facing terrace, not overlooked by any neighbour, with garden furniture, sun loungers, and barbecue. There are 2 new bicycles (hybrid bike) for adults available on request. This house for 2 people and 1 baby is rented all year long. There is a cot and high chair. The supermarket and many groceries shop are 1.6 km away. There is a market on Tuesday and Saturday in Audierne (6 km away).

Le contact avec les propriétaires a été impeccable. Outre leur gentillesse, ceux-ci sont très réactifs tant en terme de communication d'avant arrivée, que sur place si nécessaire (ex. remplacement immédiat d'appareil défectueux). Les attentions apportées pour nous faciliter le séjour ont été très appréciées. La maison est très fonctionnelle, agréable à vivre et très lumineuse. L'ensemble étant propre et bien tenu. Je recommande également la situation générale, car nous avons pu facilement nous rendre sur les lieux de visite sans effectuer trop de kilomètres, et malgré tout combiner des instants de plage, celle-ci se situant à 2 pas. Si je pouvais apporter une mention supplémentaire à la note générale, je le ferais sans hésiter. Je vous conseille donc chaudement cette location.
Merci aux propriétaires, nous avons passé un excellent premier séjour dans cette belle région, trop court bien évidemment.

Der kleine Anbau bietet genug Platz für zwei Personen, ist sauber und verhältnismäßig gut ausgestattet. Schlafzimmer liegt über der Garage des Vermieters, der direkt nebenan wohnt.
Das Häuschen liegt gut 200m vom Strand entfernt, Essplatz vorm Haus hat indirekten Meerblick.

Im Vergleich zu anderen Angeboten, die wir in der Umgebung kennen gelernt haben, deutlich zu teuer.
Zudem sind vier hundert E Kaution für einen Wochenaufenthalt in der Bretagne ungewöhnlich auch wenn es die wiedergibt.
Unruhe, z.B. Autogeräusche, siehe oben, weil die Vermieter direkt nebenan wohnen.
Wir würden nicht wieder mieten, weil - unseren jahrelangen Erfahrungen mit anderen Mietobjekten entsprechend - das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht stimmt.
