Small apartment, well equipped for a comfortable stay for two. Addition charge for linen and cleaning. Owner gives the option for guests to clean to waive the charge.

Plus side was the convenience to local amenities, comfortable bed and the quiet surroundings. On the downside the secure parking was let down as the electronic gate was broken all week. We also had no wi-fi as the newly installed router was unable to get any signal. The furniture in the living area whilst attractive was far too big for a holiday homeand reflected the fact that outside holiday season it was lived in full time. St Quay Portrieux itself was wonderful, and we just felt that it was having everything close by compensated for the negatives. Overall, a little more attention to detail would have scored a higher rating.
