Le Trayas: New house, new condition, real little gem in absolute calm, on two levels with sea view, fully air-conditioned, WiFi connection, 10x4 pool and garden, 750 m2 plot completely fenced with electric gate, Garage with automatic gate and outdoor location as well as the possibility of parking on the very quiet Avenue.
On the ground floor, entrance with guest toilet, laundry with storage washing machine and direct access to the garage, a very well equipped American kitchen, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric hob, extractor hood, washing machine. crockery, open onto sea view terrace and dining room with its 2 terraces: one with sea view and swimming pool, a second large covered terrace with plancha and large tables for 8 guests.
The air-conditioned living - dining room includes a large corner sofa with coffee table, desk bookcase furniture, large screen TV cabinet and home cinema installation, audio system plus 2 low storage units. Dining table for 8 people.
On the 1st floor, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed, 2 of which are en suite with private adjoining shower room plus an independent shower room and WC for the other 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with 2 single beds which can to pair.
In the garden, 10x4 infinity pool with comfortable access to the pool by stairs in the children's area with a depth of 0. 90 then slope up to 1. 60 meters. The swimming pool is surrounded by a superb stone terrace with solar shower, then a space for small pebbles. It is protected for its access by 3 gates as well as by an audible alarm.
8 sunbathings will allow you to enjoy the swimming pool, the absolute calm of the environment of the villa as well as the Mediterranean sun.

Our stay was fabulous, we absolutely loved this place, and would come back. The house was beautiful, the pool was lovely and very clean, the kitchen was great and well equipped, all the air con worked perfectly. The only thing I would say is the beach is more like a 15/20 minute walk rather than 6 minute as it says in the listing.

We have just had an amazing 2 week stay in this beautiful home as a family of 4 and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
The villa was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed including lots of space. The views are amazing and the pool superb.
Very easy check in and check out process and the host was on hand for any queries.
We hope to see you again.

Malgré plusieurs points négatifs, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Très belle maison et chambres climatisées appréciées.
Les 2 grill mis à notre disposition étaient inutilisables, car rouillés et sales...
Les 2 derniers jours, la piscine était impraticable car suite au manque d'entretien, une pellicule glissante s'est déposée au fond de la piscine. (photos à votre disposition).
Pour le prix de la location de ce bien, nous pouvons exiger plus de professionnalisme de votre part.
Lors de l'état des lieux final, votre référante a aussi constaté ces problématiques.
Nous allons faire un retour de notre séjour à Monsieur Exbrayat.
