## Logement
This house is located within a wooded estate, on a plot of 1100 square meters.
All comfort, it includes:
- a room with a double bed 160x200;
- another room with a double bed 160x200;
- a third bedroom with two single beds 90x190;
- a fourth bedroom with a bunk bed (two single beds 90x190);
- two functional bathrooms;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a lounge to relax after a day of strolling.
You will particularly appreciate its calm and its view of the bay of Agay.
During your stay, you will have at disposal: Garage, Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Barbecue, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation is located:
- near the Massif de l'Estérel and its red rocks;
- 300 m from the starting path of the hike;
- 750 m from the large sandy beach and its water activities (catamaran, windsurfing, paddle, sea kayaking, towed buoy, jet ski) accessible via the semi-shaded path;
- close to the shuttles to Saint-Tropez and the surrounding islands from the port (accessible on foot);
- less than 15 minutes from 4 golf courses;
- 30 minutes from the top with spectacular views of the coast;
- near cultural activities and the Tourist Office (dynamic);
- close to other beaches, coves, creeks and bike paths (mountain biking, hiking with many marked trails in a wild massif or seaside path).
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
