About this villa rental
Between Audierne and the Pointe du Raz, this quiet natural villa, directly on the seafront, overlooks a charming cove accessible a few meters from the garden. Kitchen, Dining room with sitting area, 4 bedrooms. Very nice direct sea view from all rooms. Access to the beach by customs path. 6 persons maximum recommended for a comfortable occupation.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful sea view. Trails along the rocky coast starting right from the house. Access to beaches in walking distance. Well equipped (but somewhat outdated) kitchen. Friendly welcome by helpful host.

Si vous recherchez un superbe panorama et un lieu tranquille; c'est pour vous.
La maison est agréable et fonctionnelle.
Pour des citadins comme nous, se lever le matin avec la vue sur l'océan en colère, c'est magique.
L'accueil est sympa sans être obséquieux ou envahissant.
Une vraie bonne expérience !

Belle demeure bien équipée, vue sur mer, idéalement placée pour visiter la region, à toute proximité du GR par lequel on rejoint une belle plage à 10-15 mn à pied.

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und die Lage des Ferienhauses ist phantastisch: ruhig und ideal zum Wandern und Schwimmen. Für 3 bis 4 Gäste ist das Haus gut bewohnbar mit einem Badezimmer im ersten Stockwerk. Das zweite Badezimmer ist nicht vom Schlafzimmer abgetrennt und hatte nur kaltes Wasser. Im Erdgeschoss fehlt ein Handwaschbecken bei der abgetrennten Toilette und ist die Dusche in einem kleinen Kabuff. Man kann also beim besten Willen nicht von 4 Bädern sprechen. 2 Schlafzimmer sind gut, ein Zimmer erreicht man nur über eine sehr steile Treppe. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise veraltet. Fazit:wunderbare Umgebung und ein Garten zum Genießen, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist aber nicht stimmig. Durch die gute Lage haben wir uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt.
