The beach and pool were lovely. It was a bit far from town, but we didn't mind that. There were several good restaurants near us in walking distance. I made a mistake with my dates on the reservation and planned to leave a day after it ended. Vacasa rep went over and above to find us a house for the night. She even helped us transfer our luggage!
The furniture was a little uncomfortable. The guys like to watch TV and it was difficult to get it working at first. Vacasa was helpful in working with us to figure it out.

The pool was great. We had some concerns about a hanging light in the pool with an exposed wire and the caretaker was supposed to come look at it but we never heard back about it and it was still hanging when we left. The condo was spacious. The grounds were well kept. Lots of beautiful trees and flowers! The AC worked well! Pamela was helpful with getting excursions booked.
The condo is in desperate need of a paint job and some updating. The futon was very uncomfortable in the living room. I don't think it would be good for sleeping on and there were no provided bedding if someone would need to sleep on it. A few more kitchen towels would have been helpful. At the time we were there, the beach was covered in sargassum and so we didn't swim at the beach right outside the condo, which I was expecting to be able to do.
