Very quiet, 12 units in total, walking distance to several restaurants at other resorts. Picturesque. The grounds landscaping is lush and if you’re paying attention you’ll see lots of birds, even parrots.
Transportation to Placencia village or Maya Beach requires a taxi or a golf cart rental.

Very easy to access the keys via a lock box. Good air conditioning. Located in a more quiet location but a 10-15 min drive to the shops, restaurants, and excursions. Some comments mentioned the very high beds, and they were a little challenging to get into, but they were sooo comfy! The veranda with a view of the water and the sound of the fountain out our window were lovely. Nice beach with a dock. The restaurant right across the street is excellent!!
There's a difference between "clean" and "well used". Although this place was certainly clean, it was very well used - scuffed walls, worn out woodwork, tarnished faucets, moldy grout. It's outdated and desperately needs a refresh. Some things just felt gross from long-term use, like the dingy flattened futon in the living room and the dinnerware & utensils (refused to use them!). In addition, it was dark and didn't have enough lighting. The common area was small and awkward, with a tiny wobbly fridge and a burned stove. But what bothered me the most was that of ALL the places we stayed in Belize, this was the only one that didn't provide bottled water - not even one small bottle!! Outside, the pool was nice but not very clean. We enjoyed the beach with dock but there's a new building being constructed next door, so that beachfront is not being cleaned and it's filthy. If you walk on the beach in that direction, you have to contend with walking over that trash, so you have to stick with the other side of the beach. Overall, this place was just ok, and not worth the price being charged for it.
