House near the sea, near the landing beaches and the golf course of FONTENAY sur Mer
This cottage, created in 2014, near the landing beaches and the sea offers an unobstructed view of the marsh, with a wooden terrace facing south / southwest over an enclosed garden. Located 100m from the beach, 1km from the seaside resort Quinéville where you can find all the essential shops, as well as restaurants, a cookie and the museum of found freedom.
Particularity of this coast: the only one in France where the sun rises over the sea and in the evening there are very beautiful moonrises.
TOURISM: In addition to the historic sites of the coast, you will enjoy discovering its many small ports such as Barfleur and Saint Vaast la Hougue whose Vauban tower is classified as a UNESCO heritage site. You will appreciate the pretty port city of Cherbourg and can visit the city of the sea and the submarine the Redoutable.

Had a peaceful and relaxing stay. The accommodation had everything you could need and we enjoyed our stay as a family. Perfect holiday.

Excellent location, very clean and spacious modern open plan property. Bathrooms were excellent in size and facilities.
Kitchen/dining/lounge open plan with plenty of space for a family of 5 and a dog. Garden was enclosed and safe.
Bedrooms were large. Only issue for us (due to disability) was the bed having no support - we slept on the floor, but as stated due to disability rather than an issue with the property.
Owner has a very thorough welcome pack with directions to local amenities.
Beach is huge when tide is out, located close to WW2 batteries and a local museum

L'emplacement est très calme avec une rue peu passante et une très belle vue sur l'intérieur des terres. La maison est très bien équipée très moderne et les couchages nombreux et confortables. la maison est mitoyenne avec une autre maison identique proposée en gite mais tout est bien organisé et nous n'avons pas été géné par la mitoyenneté.
La mer est a 3mn a pied avec une eau très propre et une grande plage. Il y a de nombreux musées a visiter autour - la région est très belle. nous avons passé un trés beau séjour.
