INDEPENDENT terraced apartment in house, in the countryside, near the owners' villa. On the ground floor / living room, American kitchen. Upstairs / 2 attic bedrooms each with a double bed. Shower room and separate wc. any comfort (washing machine, dishwasher) in the center of many tourist places.

Swimming pool 12m x 6m.
