About this apartment rental
Furnished apartment T2 cabin of 43m2, comfortable, classified 3 *, with many storage spaces, ideally located to visit the Opal Coast, the Bay of Somme, the Marquenterre Park ... This carefully decorated apartment can accommodate up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). It is located in a nice recent residence, with green areas, secure with electric gate opening by "beep" and automatic closing, secure pedestrian gate, private parking space, bike storage, ground floor with enclosed garden, terrace equipped with a forest table, 400m from the city center and shops, about 1500m from the beach and the pool (20 minutes walk), 1200m from the casino and cinema. He understands :
- living room with sofa bed type rapido sleeping 2 people, buffet 3 sliding doors, table, chairs, coffee table, TV 80 cm
- US equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, 4 vitroceramic hotplates, fridge with small freezer compartment, a second fridge with separate freezer, serving, all the necessary to cook as well as the dishes in quantity.
- bedroom with double bed (bridge bed with storage), integrated DVD player TV, chest of drawers, integrated wall cupboard
- 2 single bunk beds in the entrance (cabin), built-in wall closet
- bathroom with washbasin, bathtub and hand shower, wall-mounted support bar, footstool available, storage furniture, hair dryer
- Independent WC

Loan of bed umbrella if needed, provision of a booster chair and a baby bath seat

Possibility to rent towels: 4 euros / pack (1 shower sheet + 1 towel + 2 washcloths / person)
End of stay cleaning: 40 euros to be added to the rate of the period, returned if the apartment is as clean as the arrival
Possible rental at the weekend (except July August): 150 to 170 euros for 2 nights, 185 to 205 euros for 3 nights.

Location pas loin du centre de berck plage et commerces ,on a été bien reçu part la locataire une personne gentil et pas embêtante si je doit revenir je relourais vers cette dame. Je recommande cette location .

Bon séjour dans l/ensemble . Appartement agréable, et bien équipé. Avantage, le parking privé, inconvénient, éloigné de touse commerces.
