T2 apartment of 50m² classified 3 * by the Udotsi des Vosges on the 2nd floor of a renovated Gérômoise farm, ideally located in the center of Gérardmer with its shops, restaurants, markets, snow shuttle at the foot of the apartment. It is composed of: an entrance with cupboard, a separate WC, a large living room with a new BZ 140 convertible sofa with comfortable mattress, TV, round table with 6 chairs, new fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave), dishes, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette maker, fondue maker, sandwich maker. A bedroom with 2 bunk beds + 1 drawer serving as a 3rd bed. A bathroom with furniture, bathtub, hairdryer, heated towel rail, washing machine. Ironing board and iron. A standing fan
Baby equipment (cot, stroller, high chair, bottle warmer, changing table on the wall)
A cellar for skis or bikes. A private parking space. The apartment is non-smoking and is not suitable for animals. You will be charged the tourist tax (1.10 € / night and per person over 18).
Price: 390 € / week during summer / spring school holidays
420 € / week during Christmas and February holidays
€ 320 / week excluding school holidays
220 € / weekend outside school periods
Deposit: 200 € on booking
Deposit: 250 € to be paid upon arrival to the contact person who will give you the keys on site during the inventory.
