Charming house in Benerville sur Mer, 400m from Deauville, with closed garage and private flower garden enclosed with gravel, between the beach, the boards of Deauville and Clairefontaine racecourse. In town but quiet, close to the sea and all amenities.
All on foot or by bike for those who want!
Beach easily accessible with young children, walking, stroller
Next to the beach at Deauville or we do not need to walk very far to see the sea!
Behind the racecourse to see go shopping, horses and all those who participate
green area, very quiet, away from Avenue coastal its traffic and noise

Schönes Haus, sehr freundliche Vermieterin und Betreuung vor Ort, tolle Lage (Stand fußläufig erreichbar, sehr ruhige Straße).
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

God beliggenhed i forhold til vand og by. Supermarked i gåafstand.

Das Haus ist angenehm, viel Platz, im Erdgeschoss, toller, großer Tisch, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, bequeme Sofas, total nah am herrlichen Strand. Schöner Terrassenbereich.
Drei Punkte schwierig:
1) Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ohne Fenster zum Lüften! Gute Dusche im Zimmer, kleines Kippfenster, immerhin.
2) Sanitäre Anlagen unzureichend, ohne Komfort
Eine Toilette von der Küche aus zu benutzen, ohne Lüftung und ohne Waschbecken.... Zweite Toilette mit Dusche, ohne Waschbecken in der Garage
Dritte Toilette im 1. Stock in einem Schlafzimmer, unzugänglich für die anderen beiden Schlafräume.
Schimmel an den Wänden oben bei der Toilette und in der Nasszelle in der Garage.
3) alle Gerätschaften sehr gut, nur die Spülmaschine spült nicht ordentlich. Wir haben sofort nach dem ersten Gebrauch eine Wartung vorgenommen. Gitter gereinigt, Salz und Klarspüler eingefüllt!!!!! Trotzdem spülte sie nur einigermaßen bei 65° und unter der Bedingung, dass das Geschirr im Spülbecken vorgespült wurde!
Wir fanden deshalb wohl auch unsauberes Besteck vor.....
